Observe in addition to the fundamental safety precautions ►

Do not heat milk or foaming liquids with the appliance. ►

Fill the appliance only up to the Max. mark. Overlling can ►

cause hot water to splash out.

Do not open the lid of the water tank when the water is boil- ►

ing in order to avoid scalding.

Before using for the rst time

Familiarise yourself with the appliance and the accessories ■

using this instruction manual before using the appliance for

the rst time.

Clean the appliance and its accessories as described in chap- ■

ter Cleaning and care before using for the rst time.

Install the drip tray as described in chapter ■ Fitting the drip

tray.
